The Grieving Pint is a men's mental health charity whose aim is to provide regular and accessible sessions for young men to speak about their mental health.
The Grieving Pint hosts bi-weekly sessions in independent brewpubs, around the UK, which promote and guide conversation surrounding men's mental health, over a pint.
The Grieving Pint only promotes collective and responsible drinking.
Our mission: To create a culture for men to speak about their mental wellbeing in a world where it is currently not spoken about enough
For us, our mission is rooted in the solidarity we feel between helping each other facing our own individual challenges:
The culture we are aiming to create at our sessions will enable the following:
No registration required, meaning our sessions are accessible to all, as and when they need them
Conversation does not have to be 100% about mental health, it is simply creating an environment where it is welcomed
The grounding principles of respect, confidentiality and honesty run deep through our sessions ethos.
Through each individual aligning to these principles, sessions are a closed, safe environment to speak.
The Grieving Pint is welcoming of all men (over 18 only) regardless of race, religion or sexual orientation.
Our sessions are a safe space for all and The Grieving Pint is committed to ensuring and upholding this.
